Responsibilities
What will you be doing?
- Hunting for a new projects in the enterprise segment;
- Managing new accounts;
- Defining an offer based on the company's current portfolio of services and products;
- Creating a new offer based on the analysis of the market and customers' needs and the company's capabilities;
- Managing the company's database of business contacts;
- Driving leads through a defined sales process using CRM tools;
- Preparation of offering related documents with support of other teams;
- Preparing contracts with clients for project execution along with support of other teams;
- Collaborating with teams and external partners in defining sales offerings;
- Promoting the company at conferences, podcasts, business meetings.
Requirements
Who are you? In the perfect world…
- You have expertise in defining and executing an effective sales process in enterprise segment;
- You have experience in selling IT SERVICES (not products) to large enterprises preferably from sectors such as finance, energy, telco, transportation, retail, automotive, etc.
- You can prove to have annual sales of new projects of > 3m PLN
- You have documented network of contacts to the largest companies in the country
- You have knowledge of sales support tools, in particular CRM tools, lead generation tools and marketing and reporting tools;
- You have ability to analyze the company's offer in the market environment, in particular in relation to customers' needs and competitors' offers;
- Your main objective will be a PL market but you should be fluent in English because most of our current clients are from abroad.
