As a Business Development/Sales Manager at SolveQ you will have an exciting opportunity to drive company growth on international markets. The ideal candidate will possess both business and technical background that enables him to drive engagements at the CXO level as well as with PM and IT specialists. 

Responsibilities:

  • driving growth by managing new potentials and generating new business opportunities
  • analyzing the market to identify new targets
  • analyzing existing strategies and practices, identifying areas for improvement 
  • developing innovative activities to achieve the goals
  • incorporating new technologies and tools into sales and marketing processes
  • conducting qualification calls

Qualifications: 

  • min. 5 years of experience with sales/customer service and marketing/business management in the international environment
  • understanding SW development process
  • strong communication and negotiation skills, you must be persuasive and persistent to turn cold leads into loyal customers
  • having strategist mindset – ability to set up short-term and long-term sales strategy  
  • knowledge about sales and marketing processes and tools like CRM
  • advanced English, min. C1 level, another Western European language is nice to have
